Required skills & experience:

• A.S. in Nursing or Master in Social Work or Therapy
• Current WI Nursing License or Compact license.
• Experience in patient assessment, referral, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a high functioning/fast paced environment.
• CPR certification
• Successful completion of Handle with Care (HWC) training, including appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint, prior to assisting in a restraining procedure.
• Pass a medication administration exam prior to administering any medications and complete a basic age specific competency exam and age specific training within 30 days of employment.

We works with patients through acute inpatient care, partial day programs, intensive outpatient programs and psychiatric residential treatment options.
