Your contributions are important in creating awesome medical device products that help doctors and patients. This position will require attention to detail, dependability, cooperation and a willingness to learn as you grow in your ability to handle various assembly types.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time 40-hours per week.
• Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

• Work with wires and metal parts to fit them together using power and hand tools—screw gun, mallets & hammers, tape measure, and tools for cutting, stripping, and crimping.
• Read and understand drawings and instructions in English to determine types of materials or measurements required.
• Clean and maintain an orderly work area.
• Occasionally lift and move packaged boxes (normally weighing about 30 pounds but occasionally weighing up to 50 pounds).
• Attention to detail in assembling components accurately to avoid errors in your work.
• Work well with your hands doing repetitive gripping, squeezing, and using your hands and fingers.
• Detail-oriented in following directions, making improvements to your own work, and taking ownership for learning and correcting errors.

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working with hand tools or assembly.

• Indoors!
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)—safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
• Work with deadlines.
• Warehouse environment:
  • Medium to loud noise levels.
  • Occasionally around or near moving parts or machinery.
