Miller Brother Staffing is looking for full time assembly line workers for a company based in Mercer County.
Position Warehouse Production Laborer
Pay: $12.00
Shift:
Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
Monday-Friday 3:30pm-Midnight
Position Purpose:
To produce components by assembling parts and sub assemblies using hand tools.
Summary
Measuring, grading and feeding batches of raw materials into production machinery, operating production line equipment, for example a conveyor line in a canning factory,assembling goods on a production line, for instance fitting circuit boards into computers,reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff,finishing products, for example applying protective coatings,monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks,storing goods and raw materials in the factory or warehouse,using lifting equipment and forklift trucks,packing goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers,cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review assembly instructions, print specifications and parts list in preparation for assembly; gather parts; sub assemblies, tools and materials that will be required.
Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit;fasten parts and sub assemblies
Perform preventive maintenance to maintain equipment in operational mode; follow manufactures instructions; notifying supervisor when additional resources are required.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with all procedures, rules and regulations.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials.
