Armed Security Officer

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

• Armed Security Officers must be proportionate in height and weight.
• Physically fit and capable of a passing a physical agility test.
• Must be clean shaven and neatly groomed at all times.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• No criminal history/background.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ARMED SECURITY OFFICERS

• Armed Security Officers will provide a general deterrence against the commission of wrongful acts attempted or committed against our client’s employees, visitors, guests, or their property.
• Provide directions and informational assistance to employees, visitors and guests.
• Aid in the discovery of security violations and early reporting of emergencies.
• Detain miscreants when lawful and appropriate.
• Conduct roving patrol of facilities, grounds, parking lots, garages, out buildings and other functions outlined in written instructions.
• Prepare written reports detailing security related activity on appropriate forms.
