Architect

• application architect to modernize QSRS architecture to support the requirements of the SOW. The application architect shall have a minimum of 5 years’ both in: (1) software used in legacy QSRS and 2) the new tech stack proposed for use in QSRS modernization. Resume must demonstrate detailed understanding of enterprise architecture and applicable reference models; developing applications for “centralized” and “local” use using the same code base; and developing upload and reporting capabilities to aggregate data from multiple sources for analysis, such as comparisons across the data sources. Furthermore, the architect must demonstrate past leadership in health information technology-related contracts evaluating workflows and initiating appropriate corrective action, providing daily direction to staff, and functioning as a full-stack technical expert on assignments.  Please see the current/legacy tech stack and the new tech stack at the end of this document.
