AR Specialist

LINQM is looking to add a temp to hire Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist will help manage the monthly billing process, apply credits, research/resolve billing issues, and collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Customer Success teams.

The role will focus on our foreign accounts in Japan. We need someone that is bilingual in Japanese and English. 

This person must be detail oriented and want to work as a part of a team.

Person should have 1 to 2 years of experience (not needed in billing, but must be bilingual (read, write, and communicate in Japanese).

Will work with customers on billing, applying payments, and customer setup. Will be a part of billing team. The candidate will ensure timeliness of billing and making sure all invoices are accurate.
