Summary:The role of the Inbound Customer Service Agent is to answer inbound calls on behalf of Sono Bello from multiple forms of marketing (radio, Internet, direct mail, etc.) Agents will be setting appointments and providing general information.
Compensation:This is a non-exempt, hourly position with a rate of pay of $10 per hour plus commissions. Weekly performance bonus, weekly commission, good benefit package with PTO after 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Type 35 WPM
Basic computer skills must include copy/pasting and typing into multiple windows while speaking to the customer.
Candidate must have a clear, friendly and upbeat tone with customers for excellent customer experience.
5-day workweek.
Paid training
Ongoing coaching and development to ensure success.
Call center environment.
