Appliance Installation Technician

Alpha Giant Services, LLC Appliance Installation Technicians are W2 employees, who support the delivery and installation/un-installation process of a variety of home appliances. Technicians interact directly with customers to explain the installation/un-installation process, inform of any problems experienced during the process and/or troubleshoot appliance issues. Technicians are responsible for ensuring that work orders are matched with the correct products, appliances are loaded and secured for safe transport, and that all appliances are delivered to the correct residence and properly installed.

Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and no traffic violations
- Not have a felony criminal record (all applicants subject to a criminal background check AND drug test)
- Be willing to provide references (upon request)
- Able to read and write English fluently (Spanish speaking is a plus)
- Be mechanically inclined - able to use tools, drills, etc. to complete installation process
- Able to lift items 50lbs without help and up to 300lbs with assistance of a dolly, jack or other person
- Able to follow map routes and time schedules
- Demonstrate good customer service skills
- Able to learn quickly and troubleshoot problems
- Be a team player
- Be detail-oriented and able to document installation actions and maintain records
- Have cell phone with the ability to access the internet and take pictures

All hired employees will:
- Receive hourly pay + overtime
- Be eligible for benefits after a 90-day probationary period
