Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family apartments.
Daily grounds pick up in all outside areas, which includes maintain a neat area around all outside dumpsters. Inside trash pick up includes the club house, fitness room and various public restrooms on site.
Assist Maintenance with heavy trash disposal in turnover apartments. Light maintenance may include basic plumbing and electrical.
May be required to dismantle and dispose of various structures at the property.
Outside grounds maintenance may include blowing/raking leaves, spraying weeds, snow removal and salt spreading, pool maintenance, cleaning gutters, and digging holes or trenches as needed for various purposes.
May be required to operate small power tools
