Analyst, Management II

Phoenix Group of Virginia seeks a Management Analyst with four (4) years of full-time professional experience in DoD risk management, to include: identifying, analyzing and reporting risk within an organization, project or work unit. Knowledge of risk measurement methods and reporting tools. Synchronize with compliance, risk and the lines of business to ensure the detection and management of risks. Experience in managing ad-hoc projects that ensure compliance with both internal and external policies and procedures. Experience in preparing mitigation plans for risks that are chosen to be mitigated. Experience in summarizing planned and faced risks, effectiveness of mitigation activities, and effort spent for the risk management.

• Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and hold U.S. Secret security clearance
