Job Description:

As the Agronomy Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing agronomic solutions to our customers. Working closely with our new high-energy manager, you will have the opportunity to advance within our strong company.
 

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain business-based relationships with key customers
• Strive to meet customer needs by providing tailored solutions
• Drive sales growth and exceed personal goals while maintaining a customer focus
• Articulate new technologies in a meaningful manner to growers
• Provide sound recommendations on seed and crop protection
• Prospect for new customers and manage a diverse territory

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4 years of production agriculture experience with knowledge of area crops
• CCA certification preferred; CDL desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for success and willingness to drive business growth
