Agricultural Equipment Shop Supervisor

An industry leader in the Ag Retail business is seeking an Agricultural Equipment Shop Supervisor. The company operates top-of-the-line equipment and is looking for someone who is currently a Shop Manager or an experienced mechanic ready to take the next step. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of 5 – 8 people and the ability to delegate work orders efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
 

Qualifications:

• 5 Years of Experience
• Ability to delegate work orders
• Experience in Ag Retail is preferred
• Strong Interpersonal skills

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Benefits
