Agribusiness Location Supervisor

Are you a seasoned professional in the agricultural industry with a knack for leadership and a passion for customer service? Our well-known Ag Retailer is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Agribusiness Location Supervisor. This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Location Manager, Agronomy Salesperson, or even an accomplished applicator to make their mark and drive success in one of our key locations.
 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Agribusiness location, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement best practices and procedures to optimize productivity and performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans and objectives.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the agricultural industry.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Ag Retail is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of driving results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Local candidates or those familiar with the area are preferred.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year plus benefits
