Administrative Assistant job in Louisville CO

 

Type:                     Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length:                 6 + months

Pay:                       $ 18 - 19  / HR

Shift/Hours:       Mon-Fri, 8A – 5:00P

 

Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform basic administrative functions, including but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, scanning, word processing and filing to assist Risk Advisory colleagues
  • Assists in creation of presentations and program submission, including insurance coverage specifications, in collaboration with Advisory colleagues
  • Monitoring the renewal and binder control system to ensure things are progressing according to schedule
  • Maintains ongoing relationship with team to effectively service clients and assist Risk Advisory colleagues
  • Understands and complies with compliance and transparency standards

 

Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant job:

  • Previous insurance or aerospace industry experiences a plus
  • 3 years minimum administrative support experience
  • Requires strong detail orientation
  • Ability to prioritize quickly
  • Computer knowledgeable; MS Office Suites
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum high school; associate or college a plus
