Views:35Natural Pack Inc is a Wholesaler of natural products in the retail industry. We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate. The primary function of this position is to guide the order fulfillment process and provide adequate communication. The position will be supervised by the Operations Manager to provide guidance and direction throughout the primary stage.
Daily Job Functions:
- Acknowledge Sales Order on SAGE 100 Software
- Track daily progress on time sensitive Sales Orders
- Attend daily meeting with Operation Administrator to structure daily priorities
- Attend daily conference calls with Corporate Staff to communicate about order fulfillment progress
- Report delays to Sales Staff and communicate with Operations Administrator for resolution
- Run daily Open Orders Report to detect duplicate or miss-acknowledged orders
- Print product labels using SATO Thermal printers
- Pull sales order documents from the floor and replace with revised copies
- Expedite and Track sales orders that need to be fulfilled same day.
- Run estimated shipping quotes for Sales Staff
- Run cycle counts
- Communicate with On-Floor Order Fulfillment Supervisor to prioritize time sensitive sales orders
- File physical invoices for record keeping
- Communicate with corporate staff to resolve customer service and inventory issues
