Administrative Assistant

We are looking to add an Admin/ Recruiter to our team.

Job Duties:

- Administrative work: Logging paperwork into our website and basic attendance tracking.

-Recruiting: Scheduling and conducting interviews, onboard and hiring selected team members.

- We provide all the tools and training necessary to start from scratch s even if you don't have experience with it, we are willing to train you and get you up to speed as it is actually a pretty simple process.

Pay:

- $12 an hr with a possibility of raises based on your performance.

- We also have other jobs within our warehouse that pays based on production which can allow you to average much higher than $12. Please read the additional info at the bottom of this ad.

Schedule:

-M-F: We can work out a schedule that best fits both you and the company.

Additional Info:

*This position has a dual purpose in the sense that the person who does it is just as active on the warehouse floor as they are in the office. We ask that our admin/ recruiter be just as familiar with the step by step processes of our loading and unloading team as to best recruit for the positions. This means that you will be on trailers along side us and you will be on forklifts as so you can most accurately recruit and hire to hit the needs. These requests are the production opportunities that allow our other recruiters within the company to average $18-$20 an hr.

For example: In Texas our recruiter works 6am-3 or 4pm. 6am-11am He unloads/Loads trailers for $40-$70 per trailer, and can do 3 of them by 11am. 11am-3pm he is doing hourly recruiting/ admin for $12 an hour. That is at minimum $120 BEFORE the hourly for a total of $160-$180 per day. Its hard work but he averages $20 an hr so he's happy.
