Position Description
RAND is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to several researchers in the Boston office. Day-to-day responsibilities will include calendaring, scheduling meetings/conference calls, domestic and international travel arranging and expense reimbursement, logistical planning, tracking action items and keeping tasks on schedule. Other responsibilities include formatting documents and references and preparing them for the internal quality assurance process.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and communication skills. This position requires excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; problem-solve and prioritize work; respond well to varied work demands; ability to exercise excellent judgement and interpersonal skills; experience in calendaring, travel arranging, and reimbursements desired.
Education Requirements
Minimum: High School or Two-year Associates Degree
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Minimum: 3 years related experience
Preferred: 6 years related experience
