Responsibilities include:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule delivery appointments
Greet and assist guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Support General Manager and Ownership as needed
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous related experience
Ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal skills
Attention to detail
Organizational skills
Working knowledge of most business computer programs
Ex: Microsoft Office (ie. Excel), Dropbox
Self-motivated, fast learner and able to work with minimal direction
Reliable
