Adjunct Faculty - Sociology

This is an applicant pool for part-time temporary faculty in the Social Sciences. The disciplines taught in this area include Geography; Human Services; Political Science; Psychology; Sociology and Teacher Education.  

There is an immediate need for Sociology instructors for the late Summer session and the Fall semester.  

CSM is looking for a dynamic individual who can implement the comprehensive mission of a community college by assessing, documenting, and improving student learning through instruction.

College of Southern Maryland conducts background checks in order to ensure the safety and well-being of the College's staff and students.  The final candidate for this position will be subject to the following background checks:  Criminal History Check and Credit Check. 

• Master's degree in Sociology required; OR 18 graduate credits in sociology courses
• Teaching experience at the college level preferred
