Accounting Clerk

Trevor Stiffler Health Care is actively looking for an Accounting Clerk to work in their Denver, CO office. You will be responsible for performing accounting functions using word processing, spreadsheets and accounting software. Let us connect you with one of our clients today!

Salary: $13 -14/hr

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts
- Allocate and post financial transaction details to subsidiary books
- Transfer data to general ledger
- Reconcile and balance all accounts
- Collate and analyze account data and generate financial reports
- Track and maintain inventory records
- Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits
- Comply with relevant reporting requirements
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Basic to intermediate accounting experience or education
- Great data entry and keyboarding skills are a must
- Problem solving & analysis
- Must be able to work independently, problem-solve and accomplish tasks within deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organizational and multi-tasking skills
