We have partnered with an electronic manufacturing company in the Malvern, PA area to provide them with an Accounting and Purchasing Clerk.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:
Assist accounting with the posting and reviewing of accounts payable
Coordinate with vendors and the Logistics team to ensure the accuracy and timely posting of invoices
Maintain and reconcile inter-company account balances
Assist with the month-end close and year-end external audit
Support the Accounting and Logistics team with various reporting analyses
Responsibilities of the Purchasing Clerk:
Enter Purchase order confirmations in SAP
Credit Card Charge Validation
Communicating Open Order Reports to Suppliers
Updating Gemba boards
Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
Requirements of the Accounting and Purchasing Clerk:
Associates Degree in Accounting or related field--Bachelors Degree a PLUS--equivalent work experience may be considered for the right candidate
3+ years experience performing accounts payable and purchasing work in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of SAP--other software may be considered
Great communication skills and ability to work under deadlines
Ability to work independently
