We’re looking for an account relations representative to join our team. The ideal representatives are excellent communicators, proactive, analytical, solution-focused, and able to juggle many projects and customers. The best ARR’s take customer service personally; are able to develop long term, positive relationships; and focus on what is mutually beneficial for the company and its clients.
Qualifications Requirements:
*College Degree
*Self-managed and motivated
*Proficient computer skills (Office, Word, Excel)
*Able to type a minimum of 60WPM
*Ability to work well with others in a team environment
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Ability to effectively communicate via the phone
