Now Hiring Sales Manager Trainees

Bobby Branch State Farm in Westland is looking to add a Sales Manager Trainee to our expanding team. A Sales Manager Trainee will work with clients to provide solutions for their auto, home, life, and health insurance needs.

Our sales managers will be trained to operate a State Farm Insurance Agency, with the expectation to open a branch within 2-5 years. If interested please respond back to this email!

State Insurance License Requirement

New hires will have 60 days to complete two tests. The Michigan Property and Casualty Exam and the Michigan Life and Health Insurance Exam. If a prospect is not currently licensed, agency will pay for licensing. Licensing costs will be paid back from employee earned commissions.

Training

Training is paid. Training period is 3 weeks, including product and sales training.

Base Compensation

$1,500 monthly

Commission Structure

• all polices must issue from underwriting to receive compensation
• Commission paid from annual premium on all financial services and fire insurance
• Commission paid from semi-annual premium on all Auto
• Chargebacks apply to canceled policies

New Auto 2-4% commission

Fire policy 2-4% commission

Life Policy- 20% Commission

Health Application- 20% commission

Bonus

Quarterly Bonus $200- $1,000

Year End Travel Bonus $1,000

Monthly Bonuses $200-500

Chairmen Circle Bonus up to $3,000

Hours

9am – 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

9am-7pm Wed.

10am- 1pm Saturday (2 Saturdays per month)
