Sales Executive/Account Manager (Brickell)
Full-time Position
Location: Miami, FL
Must be able to work from office daily
 
We are looking for energetic, articulate and motivated professional Sales Account Managers | Sales Executives who have experience in telephone sales and can confidently communicate the benefits of our products, services and solutions. The Account Managers/Sales Executives will have a hand in research, collaboration, time management, pipeline development/management, constant communication, renewals and reaching out to existing customers. You must be tenacious, positive, relentless, energetic and capable to influence.
 
You will:

  • Master and deliver our company value proposition and differentiation points
  • Meet or exceed activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added and achieve sales goals.
  • Design and implement sales plans to provide additional client solutions with the abilities and skills to close new revenue opportunities through a consultative selling style approach.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship through account management, consultative selling to achieve and expand customer goals resulting in upsells, cross-sells, and consistent renewals.
  • Be responsible for hitting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/metrics targets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and college degree or relevant experience

  • Passion to win and be paid for it

  • Excellent ability to establish rapport and connection with new leads to close transactions, follow up with existing leads in the pipeline, and maintain relationships with established accounts. Inside Sales/outside experience is preferred. 
  • BS/BA of equivalent
  • Salesforce or other CRM knowledge a plus
  • This is an individual contributor role with opportunities for career growth.

In this position, you will establish. You will be responsible for driving product adoption and program managing escalations, thereby ensuring retention and long-term satisfaction. Be responsible for hitting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/metrics targets.
