You must be a "hunter," getting clients who are looking for people to fill job positions.
You must come with your own tools to find clients.
Your main role will be to generate and convert leads into opportunities by collaborating with the fellow growth teams. Also, you will develop new opportunities and meetings by extensive outbound phone calling / emailing / social media, etc., qualification, consultative selling skills, and close collaboration with sales teams.
What you’ll do
- Reach out to Hiring Managers hiring available jobs
- Identify, research, and develop new partnership prospects
- Develop and qualify opportunities within various-sized enterprises
- Work with marketing team to streamline current processes for cold and warm leads
- Develop account leads and plans to identify key players to create selling strategies
- Develop meetings/opportunities for the senior sales team from prospecting and marketing-generated leads
- Interact with prospects via the telephone, video calling, and email with a great attention to detail.
- Consistently meet suitable opportunity quotas to make sure revenue objectives are met.
- Track all relevant prospecting, qualification, and lead management activities in our system
- Quickly memorize our product, successfully convey the assessment proposition and be capable of reacting to objections and competitive questions
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- 100% dependable with a can-do attitude who thrives from a dynamic environment
- An ambitious and hunting mindset
- 1-3 staffing or recruiting experience
- 1 - 3 years of proven excellence in inside sales and/or sales
- Experience with outbound cold email and sales campaigns
- Experience utilizing a CRM
- Experience with DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, or other sales enablement tools- nice to have
- Must be able to have a star selling method. This star selling method is how you mainly get your leads, it can be cold calling, cold emailing, social media, networking, etc. What is your star selling method?
- Must be able to shift gears quickly and stay organized
