Account Manager; Business Services

Responsibilities:

• Sell our premium business identity & marketing products
• Assist in placing orders online, over the phone / in person
• Work with the Production Manager, to ensure all orders are on track.
• Build relationships with new clients
• Deliver an exceptional client experience
• Pursue up sell / cross sell opportunities within existing client base
• Generate new business, predominantly over the phone & via e-mail

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or 2 Years into Bachelors Degree
• At least 2 years of sales, marketing, or print experience 
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Email.
• Ability to multitask. (Can you be on the phone and your computer at the same time?)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• 4 years of experience in sales and/or commercial printing.
