Account Manager (Hybrid/Remote)

Job Responsibilities 

• Educate, strategize and successfully sell our virtual staffing solutions through outbound calls/emails and in person visits when necessary. 
• Consult with warm leads about the best ways to meet their business-practice needs, and aim to close sales.
• Utilize social media, phone calls, emails, in-person visits and other methods to reach potential provider practices and build strong relationships with them.
• Conduct presentations to demonstrate to possible clients the benefits our products could have for them.
• Serve as an expert in our virtual staffing offerings and be a go-to source for customers who want to learn more about our products.

• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their practice and staffing needs and ensuring we're meeting their expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams/staff to ensure clients needs are met.
• Seek opportunities to cross sell other services offered by our companies to clients.
• Conduct client account review meetings
• Other duties as assigned.  

• High School Diploma and  2 Years of customer-facing experience
• OR 18 months of outbound sales experience
• BLS Certification (CPR for Healthcare) upon hire
• Proficiency MS Office / Google Suite
• No fear of the phone
• General computer and email proficiency

• Two years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare related
• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business or related field.
