Sparxx Recruiting LLC is a DC based staffing and outsourcing firm with a stellar track record of recruiting and placing highly skilled people for our clients. We have a great brand, our own team of experienced recruiters, excellent internal processes, strong financial strength and a great leadership team.

We are looking for a few more account execs to join our team. Work is from home so you can be located anywhere. We DO care about things like ethics, honesty, excellent communications skills, client relationship management, and a habit of doing the right thing because it's the right thing.... and RESULTS. This is a virtual position.

There are NO caps on your income at Sparxx Recruiting. We expect the right person for this job to bring home $100,000+ per year after a year of hard work-- followed by more years with even more income, because our commission program is set up to reward achievers. We don't re-assign accounts to others, we don't re-align territories, and we don't put hindrances in your path.

WHAT KIND OF SKILLS and EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED?

Extensive business to business (outside sales) sales experience and skills. Those without this experience will not be considered.

Solid experience within a vertical market (such as IT/technology, finance/accounting, or healthcare)

Sparxx Recruiting is a 100% "work remote" company. This presents both opportunities (for those who thrive on working in an unstructured environment) as well as challenges. We don't care where you live, but we DO care about results. You will be expected to have a home office, to provide your own laptop, phone and an internet connection. We provide basic online tools and full support-- and of course, an excellent compensation plan. Our goal is to help you build your book of business.

The hiring process:

- We review resumes and cover letters for completeness
- We email back those who interest us and may ask a couple of email questions
- We call back those of interest to us
- Once we've made up our mind, we can bring you on board in short order

This position is straight and significant commission on a 1099 basis to start.
