We are a tech-creative digital agency with an HQ in Orlando, Florida. We are looking to grow rapidly in Tampa, Florida and now looking for a motivated, competitive, and driven Account Executive in the area.
As an AE you will be 75% in sales and 25% in account management. You will be selling our digital services to businesses within the surrounding cities and contributing to the agencies increase in brand recognition by attending multiple events.
This is a part work from home and part work from our Downtown Tampa workspace at Pipeline.
Set sales quotas must be met to succeed in this position.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Solicits and maintains contact with current and prospect key accounts.
Enter new prospects inside Hubspot Sales CRM
Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.
Handle entire inside sales process from proposal to close; reach or exceed sales quotas.
Attend local events, chamber meetings, b2b business meetings, tech meet-ups and more. (must be able to attend after work hour events)
Conduct outbound emails and cold calling
Discover potential clients' needs and make targeted pitches for services that will fulfill their needs; then work to close the sale.
After the sale, you will work with the customer service teams or work directly from clients to determine if services are to clients' satisfaction.
Assist in developing solutions when when ems are encountered
Foster healthy relationships with clients to encourage future purchases
Attend special training of services in Orlando to understand technical aspects of solutions.
Requirements of the Job:
Ability to attend multiple events per day or week even on evenings
Strong relationship and trust building with multiple business owners and decision makers
Ability to travel back and forth from Orlando and Tampa for training
Must have at least 3 years of account executive experience within the advertising industry
25-50% travel, sometimes short notice (1 week);
Must be a college graduate, preferably with a marketing background.
Must be detail oriented, resourceful and have the ability to follow directions.
Ambition, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Must have general knowledge of the web development and digital marketing process. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to prioritize and jump from task to task while coordinating with those around you.
Must have strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to contribute on multiple projects at once.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc) is mandatory, basic understanding of graphic design applications are a plus.
Must be willing to work extended hours in order to meet sales quotas.
