Job Responsibilities:

• Provide infrastructure management and technical development services to the Engineering IT team and broader IT Department, by being an expert in Dassault Systems 3DExperience Application (CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, EXALEAD, SIMULIA)
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in the PLM technical domain and apply these perspectives to  business plans and projects
• Partner with PLM leadership to define, manage, and execute PLM business capability and IT landscape roadmaps
• Support Technical Delivery of 3DExperience configuration and functionality additions through code development management and infrastructure development
• Collaborate with business systems integration teams to provide 3DExperience APIs, data extraction and necessary methods
• Coordinate with business analysts to convert business requirements into technical specifications, create detailed solution design, coordinate construction, installation, configuration and testing of IT systems
• Execute architectural and capability analysis of potential solutions including evaluating the technical fit and viability of commercial-of-the-shelf products versus custom built solution.
• Create high level and detail design of infrastructure, applications, interfaces, conversions, extensions, reports, and workflows while meeting architecture, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
• Analyze and revise existing systems and documentation to identify remedies or improvements in the application or infrastructure solution.
• Provide support for critical non-routine issues.
• Support Enterprise Architecture planning for overall  IT Solution Architecture
• Design and implement modifications to the 3DExperience configuration as required to support continuous improvement and smaller manufacturing projects
• Design and implement UX and other standards for 3DExperience configurations and customizations in order to drive consistency across the solution
• Work with internal or contracted 3DExperience developers to deliver the technical deliverables. Ability to guide the developers to follow the best practices in development.
• Troubleshooting technical issues with 3DExperience – MQL queries, resolving database connection issues, data load scripts, form errors etc.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of 3DExperience technical architecture to configure systems. Some experience extending 3DExperience functionality a plus.
• Hands-on experience in development and customization in 3DExperience and using MQL/TCL/Spinner
• Excellent Strong knowledge of database architecture and experience in MQL on 3DExperience.
• Experience in code optimization & performance tuning
• Experience in development on one or more than one modules – CATIA/ENOVIA/DELMIA
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.
• 5 – 7 years relevant experience with 3DExperience Technical work required. Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing experience will be plus.
