Normative Services Academy is an adolescent residential treatment for youth. For almost 30 years we have helped adolescents with emotional, social, and behavioral problems to become better equipped to reclaim their potential through experiential activities, education, and therapy.

Position Overview

We are looking for Youth Care Workers/Residential Counselors to provide general supervision of our residents, teach daily living and social skills, implement the daily schedule, assist with behavior management and crisis intervention, supervise group and recreational activities, and oversee all aspects of daily living for our residents.

Immediate full-time openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Evenings, weekends, part-time and PRN (as-needed) positions are also available.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. At least two (2) years of college credit is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Related experience in youth care, human services, child welfare, crisis intervention or similar is preferred.
