Youth Care Professional

The position will support and reinforce the therapeutic treatment plan of clients by providing guidance and direction to residents in their daily living activities. Participate in the implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic services. Provides mentorship and supervision of resident activities and behavior according to established guidelines and procedures. Collaborate with coworkers to maintain an environment that is positive, respectful, clean and therapeutic. Plan and participate in off-campus resident activities and assist in the transportation of clients.

Education, Credentials and Experience

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Illinois: Must meet Medicaid requirements for an RSA.
• Valid driver’s license required. Must meet state driving criteria and pass corporate eligibility standards.
