Yard Maintenance Tech Full/Part Time

Looking for a Yard Maintenance Technician with. Must be able to keep up with a upbeat tempo and produce quality work. Willing to train if you are willing to Learn and work.
 

Job Type: Full-time, Part Time, and PRN

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Mow and edge lawns, using power mowers and edgers;

· Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers

· Responsible for general clean-up and trash removal

· Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other grounds features

· Operate power riding mowers, chainsaws, shovels, pole saws, blowers, weed eaters, chippers, gas hedge trimmers, pressure washers and other equipment and vehicles

· Perform skilled and unskilled maintenance work involving strenuous tasks often under adverse climatic conditions

· Understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions

· Work safely and efficiently with others

· Maintain adherence to all OSHA standards

· Perform any other miscellaneous assigned duties

· High school diploma or equivalent;

· A valid driver's license

· Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods

· Ability to control operations of equipment or systems, to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.

· Familiarity with common landscaping and general property maintenance equipment

· Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (preferred)

· Reliable and self-motivated

· PPE/Tools Provided
