Expectations from you
- Support our footwear retail client through various communication channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
- Help customers make selections by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and offering suggestions in a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Respond to customers' order and shipment inquiries
- Resolve order concerns independently and with minimum supervision for escalated situations, while maintaining a positive and engaging tone
- Accurate and concise feedback and special needs documentation in a computer-based system
- Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing credit cards, and other online payment methods
What are we looking for?
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to work on customer needs in a confident and positive demeanor
- Excellent data entry skills and the ability to navigate between multiple computer screens while on the phone
- Call center or soft sales experience (preferred)
- Experience in a metrics-driven, performance environment (preferred)
- Background noise and interruption free home space
Technical Requirements
- Reliable internet speed and broadband connection (5 Mbps download, 2.5 Mbps upload)
- Hardwired or ethernet connection to the internet during your shift
- A Windows laptop or a desktop
- Two Monitors (minimum of 19" in size)
- A USB headset with a mute button for both training and live customer handling
- Smartphone to be able to log into our system.
