A qualified candidate will possess ability to work with production welding projects, launching new products, sourcing weld fixtures, standardized work and involved with continuous improvement efforts. The responsibility of developing new machine builds and work as the project manager, quoting machines and labor capacities for new jobs. An individual with experienced in programming robotic welders (ABB, Fanuc, Pansonic, Mototman, etc.), SolidWorks and Minitab will get serious consideration.
