Warehouse Manager needed at our North Philly, PA location!
Auto Parts Outlet is the leading national distributor of automotive collision replacement parts. We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Manager in our North Philly, PA facility. Responsibilities include all operational activities of the facility. Successful candidates should have good communication, inventory management, and customer service skills.
Job Duties:
- Supervise all warehouse personnel, assigns tasks and duties on a daily basis
- Oversees all inventory control policies and procedures to maintain inventory accuracy
- Performs warehouse activities to include parts pulling, receiving, and cycle counts
- Provides back up to the customer service counter to include order taking, order processing, and returns
- Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse
- Responsible for training and development of all warehouse personnel
- Comply will all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard free workplace
- Operates a forklift or order selector to transport parts in and about warehouse
- Communicate directly with other vendors/warehouses on shipment errors or damaged parts
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must not be afraid of heights or have any lifting restrictions
- Previous forklift experience with the ability to negotiate lifts in close quarters
- Ability to work as a team player
- Previous experience with RF gun is helpful
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Work, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to stand for long periods, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb and be able to move/lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Spanish speaking a plus
