Position Description
Order fulfillment by way of picking & packing according to order. Maintain records of products in inventory & on order. Notifies supervisor of any irregularities or discrepancies in inventory.
Responsibilities & Duties are:
- Ensure all items are accurately picked and packed according to picking ticket
- Ensure safety and security of items by packaging them safely in cardboard/crate or strapped to pallets
- Accurately package special orders
- Accurately label and mark outside of packages
- Sorts and places products or materials on shelves or racks according to predetermined sequence such as product code, type, style and size
- Opens and inspects material in crates and other containers
- Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed
- Inspect material to ensure conformance to company standards
- Follows proper safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification & Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs periodically
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
- Background Check required
