Customer Service Representatives

In this position you will be handling calls from existing customers who are inquiring about their account with the intention of cancelling their services. You will be responsible for handling their questions and retaining their services.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (inside or outside), prior call center experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
  • Minimum typing of 25 WPM
