VP of Crop Protection Sales

Jobs like these don't come around often. We're working with a great company out of Central Indiana that's looking for someone to take over as their VP of Crop Protection & Seed. This is a highly coveted role that will be responsible for running the company's Crop Protection & Seed operations.

The right candidate would be experienced in Agriculture, specifically in crop protection and seed. This position also requires strong leadership capabilities and dedication to the role. The person currently in this role is retiring soon, and the company would like to fill this role as soon as possible to facilitate a smooth transition.

• High school diploma or general education degree. Post-secondary schooling is desirable. Experience may be substituted for education.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs, handle exposure to weather conditions, and work extended seasonal hours.
• Possess or have the ability to obtain Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification.
• Previous experience operating and servicing farm machinery.
• Farming background or experience with the application of crop protection products preferred.
• Heavy sales experience in Seed and/or Crop Protection products
