Are you looking for extra monthly income? Do you want to work from home? Our Company is seeking a virtual recruiter to become a part of our growing team. The selected candidate will provide full life cycle recruiting assistance to the organization. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of recruitment experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a 1099 position. **Commission Only**
Job Responsibilities:
Creating Job boards on various media outlets and use of the Company's ATS system.
Willingness to obtain new clients and new job orders.
Active participation in the recruiting and life-cycle management of special talent for available job opportunities including administrative support as needed.
Ability to work independently, with conference call training and instructions
Ability to follow instructions, read emails and take notes thoroughly
Knowledge of outreach and acquisition including talent sourcing, candidate interviews, screening and the composition of employment offer preparation of job announcements and placement.
Development of professional network contacts in furtherance of the company's goal of timely and efficient staffing to meet organizational needs.
Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in recruiting.
Ideal candidate will have sales background and mindset; willingness to be proactive and fill Hot Jobs in an urgent matter. Seeking people W/ Sales experience who have a desire to learn the Staffing Industry. Marketing or sales experience a plus, to obtain new clients and job orders.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
Possession of highly developed professional demeanor with a solid comfort level when dealing with both managerial staff and job applicants, with a demonstrated strong skill set in communicating on both verbal and written levels.
