Virtual Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this fully remote position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a strong problem-solver, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding our products and services.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
• Process orders, forms, returns, and applications.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective customer support.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
