JOB TITLE:            VOD Operator

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

Logistics, operational, technical and service support to Condista International’s VOD (Video-On-Demand) content platform.

• Maintain and operate VOD content platform.
• Maintain good customer relations with content providers and client systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside contractors.
• Maintain database for all content metadata in multiple languages.
• Maintain content and supporting materials in inventory from all VOD content providers.
• Prepare monthly distributions for client systems and ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in root cause analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer sciences, or similar field. Other disciplines/experience considered.

• 2+ years of experience in file-based video workflows, VOD systems/architectures or related field (video, telecommunications, or information technology) is preferred.
• Experience with VOD asset distribution is preferred.
• Experience with content formats is preferred.
• Strong grasp of technology and technical proficiency.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative cloud product suite.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Spanish both written and verbally.
• Some traveling to Latin America may be required.
