Job Requirements:
- Conduct deposit verification and/or change order preparation using specialized counting equipment and procedures.
- Separate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from bank, ATM, and/or commercial customers providing accurate count by denomination.
- Prepare currency and/or coin change orders by denomination for each customer assigned
- Heavy cash handling and counting
- Perform basic computer data entry
- Ability to read, count, add, subtract, wright and record numbers
Required Experience:
- Previous cash-handling or similar work experience
- Ability to maintain production number requirements
- Previous banking background a plus
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a Cash Vault Setting with little to no exposure to outside light and is temperature-controlled
- Work is performed primarily from sitting or standing position
Training:
- All new employees receive comprehensive training on process, procedure, and cash handling processes.
- Performance reviews are performed periodically
- Training is continuous and ongoing, as needed
