UI/UX Designer

You’ll work with our product and software teams to deliver an exceptional user experience for new and existing products. You should be comfortable collecting, researching, investigating, and evaluating user requirements before translating them into user interaction flows and intuitive/functional user interfaces. You should be an expert with design tools, comfortable with change, possess great creativity, and be very well organized.

 

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Work together product management and software development to build engaging and functional user interfaces
• Design new concepts, graphics, layouts and so on using creative approach
• Participate in all visual design stages from concept to hand-off
• Develop ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex products
• Prepare wireframes, user flows, mockups, and site maps to effectively communicate user interaction and design ideas
• Perform user research and evaluate user feedback
• Collaborate with copywriters and other stakeholders and interact with the team to share and discuss ideas
• Set component design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Stay up to date with latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Any other duties applicable to the position

• 3+ years’ UI/UX design experience
• Deep UI and design skills with a solid portfolio of design projects
• Creative aptitude, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
• Significant experience in creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and site maps
• Experience with Figma and other visual design and wireframing tools
• Good practical experience with HTML and CSS
• Strong visual design skills with good understanding of user-system interaction
• Strong abilities to work within scope, cost, and time requirements
• Organized team player and excellent communicator
• Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
