Job Summary:
Assists professional staff in the preparation of documentation required to open, close or amend bank accounts and to implement cash management solutions; supports periodic review of existing accounts to identify updates to signers or fraud controls and implement the changes.
Enters data in the PeopleSoft Treasury Workstation related to bank accounts and bank services as needed.
May assist more senior staff in executing data file transmission to banks or intermediaries (e.g. SWIFT) to effect payments for the firm’s daily investments, foreign exchange and cash management payments.
Supports bank account reporting requirements, including new banking integration status and banking overview reports
Follows up with banks on outstanding and urgent banking issues
Supports Treasury/Outstanding Shares issuance and balancing
Works with Legal, Tax and Controller’s departments as necessary to support reporting or transactions.
Assist in tracking and preparing analysis of Monthly/Quarterly Bank Partner fees.
May be involved in system testing/tracking as we moved forward with our new Treasury System implementation
