Join our client as a Superintendent and take charge of overseeing projects from pre-construction to project closeout. This is an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects in the life science, commercial interiors, hospitality, and technology sectors. Responsibilities:
Manage the entire project lifecycle, including preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases, for life science, commercial interiors, hospitality, and technology projects.
Conduct bid leveling, review estimates, and identify cost-saving opportunities across our specialized sectors.
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Oversee field coordination, including subcontractor management, material procurement, and workforce allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of commercial construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in life science, commercial interiors, hospitality, or technology projects.
Proficiency in project management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Resides in the Seattle area, holds a valid driver's license, and can travel to job sites.
