Tower Climber

• Tower Tech 1 – Minimum 1 year experience
• Tower Tech 2 – Minimum 2 years’ experience or Top Hand experience
• Tower Foreman – Minimum 3 years’ tower experience, 2 years as Lead or Foreman

• Responsibilities:

  · Perform construction and maintenance work on cell towers – installation, troubleshoot, repairs, programming, and diagnosis

  · Climbing ladders and heights of up to 400ft.

  · Preparing job site for projects

  · Perform duties according to OSHA and other safety guidelines, including Fall Safety

  · Rigging inspections and rigging

  · Perform wiring and tower modifications

  Qualifications:

  · 1+ year of Tower Climbing experience

  · Ability to reach and interpret instructions and blueprints

  · Supervisory experience on towers a major plus

  · Rigging experience preferred

  · Must be able to work and climb towers in high heights

  · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

  · Must be able to work in different weather conditions
