Tower Climber

We are looking for multiple Tower Climbers  to join our growing team! You will be responsible for repairs, maintenance, construction, and erection of cellular towers.

What this Position Offers:

• Market leading salary: $24 - $31/hr depending on experience
• Health/Dental/Vision

Responsibilities:

• Perform construction and maintenance work on cell towers – installation, troubleshoot, repairs, programming, and diagnosis
• Climbing ladders and heights of up to 400ft.
• Preparing job site for projects
• Perform duties according to OSHA and other safety guidelines, including Fall Safety
• Rigging inspections and rigging
• Perform wiring and tower modifications

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Tower Climbing experience required
• Ability to reach and interpret instructions and blueprints
• Supervisory experience on towers a major plus
• Rigging experience preferred
• Must be able to work and climb towers in high heights
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work in different weather conditions
• Must be able to travel and work overtime
