Duties:
- Check in/out equipment such as knives, scissors, scales, tools used in operation using our MDC (mobile data collector) device
- Monitor inventory and identify any unreturned equipment to follow up each shift
- Follow all GG SOP: knife policy, check out process, personal hygiene, and safety compliance
- Clean and sanitize equipment and cabinets in tool room per cleaning schedule.
- Input IFBL data entries and send out reports daily
- Verify records turned in to Tool Room and update records tracker
- Verify and calibrate scales monthly
- Work closely with operation team to provide the tools they need in timely manner
- Must have flexible schedule to work all 3 shifts including graveyard
