The Territory Sales Manager will  work with a leading industry partner that has the reputation of being the number one smart home security provider, serving residential and business customers.  We are building a sales team of individuals who breathe the sale, and value the importance of helping others. Our ideal Associate can build relationships with customers and is a driven sales professional. 

THIS POSITION CAN BE FULL TIME OR PART TIME and has a FLEXIBLE schedule

COMPENSATION: Full Time Annual commission-based compensation range can be $44,000 - $80,000 and monthly bonus options

  • A go-getter mentality, with a personality that connects with people & builds relationships
  • Ability to self-generate business leads through creative, traditional and social media marketing
  • A self-starter personality, with the ability to work independently
  • Account and time management – managing multiple prospective clients simultaneously
  • Overcome obstacles and close deals quickly with strong communication and selling skills

 

Must-haves:

  • Be able to pass a State and National background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • An active cell phone with a data plan
  • Ability to work flexible hours that accommodate our customers’ needs
